Upon receipt of your order, our team will call to verify your order and your delivery address. In your account, please look for the Activity Page and check the status of your order. Confirmed orders shall be assigned a rider upon pick up of your items.
There is no minimum purchase required to have your orders shopped and delivered. We do encourage you to maximize the delivery fees you will pay by ordering more products to get better value for your service request.
While there is no maximum amount for your order, we do require at least a 50% advance payment for purchases exceeding P3,000.00. Advance payment must be paid through any of our online payment options prior to service delivery.
We accept payments form multiple payment options such as cash on delivery, credit card, GCASH, 7-Eleven, GrabPay, coins.ph, MLhuillier, Paymaya, Paymongo, Paypal, Online Bank Transfers and more. This way, you will always have the option to choose which option is the most convenient for you. Simply, select your preferred payment option upon checkout. Please note that some online payment channels charge a transaction fee or transfer fee when use. All prices reflected in the app are the approved online prices as submitted by our vendor partners. To maintain the quality of our service, TakeOut.PH charges a fixed delivery fee per location for its delivery services and a convenience fee equivalent to 10% of your total items for purchase for our shopping services.
Absolutely not. Although much of our industry engages in "upcharging" via hidden fees, we strive to be fully transparent. Our price list is front and center on our store's product page, and shortly after you receive your delivery, we will send you an itemized invoice not to mention the order details within the app, so you know exactly what you were charged. If you ever have any questions on billing, please e-mail us at email@example.com and we'll take care of you.
All approved refunds, shall be coursed through your initial mode of payment. So if you paid via Bank Transfer, refunds shall be transferred back to your bank of account. Any refunds made to the recipient of your order must be authorized by the payor.
For payment of additional orders, please course your proof of payment through our team via the TFacebook page or you may authorized our team to collect payment from the order receipient upon delivery of your goods.
Over payment for good purchase shall follow the refund process.

Regular delivery hours are from 8:30AM to 6:00PM Philippine Time. These are aligned to our vendor partner stores' regular operating hours. However, due to the irregular operating hours of our mechant partners during the COVID-19 crises, we may change our delivery hours accordingly, notwithstanding regulations by the local government where we operate. Please check the TakeOut.PH Facebook Page or message us for the latest changes in delivery hours in your area. Any orders placed after delivery hours, shall be process the following day and delivered at your preferred time. If you have any additional special instructions, please message us accordingly.
Delivery hours includes the time it takes for our vendor partners to prepare your orders and for the to pickup and delivery the same. Delivery hours range from 30 minutes to 2 hours, depending on your location as we serve locations as far as 60kms from our home base. To ensure your orders are delivered on time, please take advantage of our Scheduled Order option available upon your checkout. Advance orders shall be prioritized accordingly. Please communicate any special instructions in your Order Notes.
If you wish to cancel your Order before we have sent you the Order Confirmation before the Order has been dispatched, please contact our Customer Service Team on firstname.lastname@example.org. No cancellation fees shall be applicable if the cancellation is done 4 hours before the confirmed delivery time. However, once the Order has been dispatched it may not be cancelled.Our Customer Service Staff, will cancel or reject the order if (1) we are not yet available in the delivery location or (2) the store is closed or (3) outside of our delivery days and hours.
If your items are not available in our platform, please select the TakeOut Serve : PABILI option and input the specific description of the product you would like to request for purchase. Please message us on our Facebook Page so we can further assist you.
There are times when the product you ordered is not available from our Partner vendors. In this case, our team will be calling or messaging you through the information you provided to check for a preferred replacement or to cancel this item or cancel the entire order. Kindly make sure you enter active and reachable contact details here in the Philippines.
Simply go to your Order History and select "Cancel Order". The Cancel Order option shall not be available after the Order has been confirmed by the TakeOut.PH team. In this case, please contact us by messaging us over at our Facebook Page or by emailing us at email@example.com.

Absolutely! Every order in our system is recorded even after operating hours. You just need to remember your order number. We will process your order the very next day as we go live. For example, you ordered 7:30PM on a Saturday. We will process your order Sunday morning, get your confirmation of order, and deliver on your preferred time.

We properly train our delivery riders to select the best possible goods. You are encouraged to check the items upon delivery to ensure the correctness of items delivered. TakeOut.PH shall only accept items for return if (1) item received is not the same as item ordered and (2) item received is damaged.
